A quote request, brochure request, or contact form is an enquiry. It is not a confirmed order. Scope, price, and timing are confirmed after Sensorra Systems reviews the requirement. The site states a 2-year warranty on applicable installation work. What is covered is confirmed in the quotation for that job.

Payment, changes, and cancellation are agreed in the quotation. This page does not set a separate refund period.
